ARC’s core business is to provide supports to people living with disability in their homes and the community. Individuals can choose ARC and direct the services that they wish to receive and when. Individuals are supported to work towards their goals and to be an active participant in their community through NDIA funding for daily activity and social and community participation. |
Direct Service Coordinators meet with individuals and their families who engage ARC, explore how individuals can utilise their NDIS funding to create person centred supports to assist them to live their best life. ARC respects the fact that every individual has their own unique interests, and will carefully select suitably skilled staff to tailor their supports to their needs. Coordinators check in regularly with individuals and their families, to ensure everything is going well and are responsive to any changes that need to be made.
