Painting & Drawing

For beginners to advanced students. Learn practical skills and theory suited to each participant’s skill level and goals. Learn the skills in drawing and painting, WHS, learn about colours, do research on types of art, excursions to exhibitions and galleries.   Cost Contribution : POA

Print making

Learn the skill of producing works in both Stencil and screen printing to produce one or more competed works printed on a choice of ply, paper or   fabric. Learn about how to screen print, processes involved, health and safety, drawing,   designing, cutting and finishing a completed work.            

SEWING

Hand and machine sewing for function and creativity, using various textiles and materials to create a work of art. Learn skills in how to sew, what tools and machinery to use and how to hand and machine sew.   Cost contribution : POA

CERAMICS

Learn about ceramic making. What products to use, design and create a  ceramic piece, WHS and community outings.   Cost contribution : POA 
 
 

SCULPTURES & MOSAIC

Learn the skill in sculpture and mosaic making. Learn how to design and lay out the frame work, WHS, research different types of sculpturing and mosaicing.  Cost contribution : PO

CREATIVE ARTS & CRAFTS

Participants will be engaged to undertake various or one off specific projects during the course of the program.   Cost contribution : POA 

JEWELLERY MAKING

Learn to be able to make creative jewellery. Discuss and research different types of  jewellery and materials used, WHS, learn techniques in jewellery making, use of tools and equipment.     Cost Contribution : POA
